T1D Helper

A free helper for adults (18+) living with type 1 diabetes, and for parents and carers. Carb estimates from food photos, a usual-foods carb list, low carb meal plans with shopping lists, low and high check-in texts to the people you choose, pattern reports from your own Dexcom Clarity, Glooko or LibreView data, clinic prep, reminders, supplies and a weekly backup to your own Google Drive. Works in the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, in mmol/L or mg/dL.
